Experienced Auditor

Locations: Eau Claire & River Falls, WI

We are searching for the right audit professional who, in addition to creative problem solving abilities, has excellent technical, leadership, communications and analytical skills. Does this sound like you? If so, you may be the Experienced Auditor our firm is seeking.

Qualified candidates must possess:

CPA License or CPA candidate
3+years of public accounting audit experience
Good oral and written communication skills
Solid organizational skills, ambition and self-motivation
Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to
multi-task
Strong research and writing skills
Proven technical skills with Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities would include:

Taking an active role in attestation engagements for a
variety of clients
Identify, research, and resolve technical issues
Oversee other audit staff

Experienced Tax Accountant

Locations: Eau Claire & River Falls, WI

Qualified candidates must possess:

CPA License or CPA candidate
5+ years Business Tax and Accounting experience.
Demonstrated client relationship management and
      business consulting skills.
Experience managing client relationships and a high
      proficiency in business consulting.
Ability to research, understand and address
      partnership, LLC and corporate compliance issues.
Ability to identify tax consulting opportunities and
      a willingness to assist in marketing those services
      to existing and prospective clients.
Client service orientation combined with creative
      problem solving skills and strong written and
      oral communication skills.
Experience with Quick Books, Peachtree and/or
      other accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities would include:

Managing client relationships to achieve firm
      commitment to premier client service
Researching, understanding and addressing business compliance
       issues surrounding partnerships, LLCs and corporations
Identifying opportunities and a commitment to marketing
      firm's services to existing and prospective clients
Utilizing creative problem solving skills and big
      picture thinking to deepen current client relationships
      and pursue new opportunities
Working together with firm members to provide
      comprehensive solutions for clients' and prospective
      clients' unique goals and objectives
