Bernadette, known better to her clients and coworkers as Bernie, has been with Bauman Associates, Ltd. since 1981. With experience in business and individual tax planning and preparation as well as accounting systems and startup business consulting, she is able to provide clients with a comprehensive look and well-developed plan for their particular tax situation.

Bernie's industry expertise includes small business, auto recyclers, construction, transportation, and retail, as well as a variety of professional service firms. She complements her accounting and tax abilities with a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification and practical firm administration and HR experience, allowing her to assist businesses with HR management and consulting matters.

Bernie is active in the community and enjoys the opportunity to be involved in organizations and projects that impact the future generations of Wisconsin.
