Brian joined Bauman Associates, Ltd. in 1982. He became a shareholder in 1989 and has served as the firm’s Managing Shareholder since 1997. He has over twenty-eight years of experience in professional financial, public accounting, audit, tax, and advisory services for businesses and individuals. Brian’s leadership abilities and attention to detail combined with his breadth of accounting industry experience and business strategy practices have contributed to the successful growth and development of the firm throughout the years. He is considered one of Bauman’s audit specialists, coordinating and overseeing multiple engagements for nonprofits, government agencies, cooperatives, school districts and more.

Brian is also well-versed in the complexities and business implications involved with family-run and closely-held businesses. These include:
