Dennis began his career with Bauman Associates, Ltd. in 1964. With more than 40 years in public accounting, he has gained a wealth of background and experience in many areas including auditing and assurance, tax planning and strategy, estate and other planning for an array of clients and industries. He has been especially focused in the areas of public utilities including electric and telecom cooperatives and helps train and mentor audit teams on related tax matters.

Dennis was a principal shareholder until 2003. Dennis continues to share his vast knowledge with his associates to ensure a smooth transition of his engagements and provide clients with the benefit of his consulting and advice. His work and his professionalism have gained the respect of coworkers, clients and business acquaintances.
