Judy joined Bauman Associates, Ltd. in 2003 as the firm’s Marketing Director. Her more than 17 years of experience in business relations and professional marketing help the firm to develop and implement a full range of branding, awareness, service marketing and client satisfaction programs. Her career has centered around helping companies reach and retain clients/customers, broaden market penetration, develop new opportunities and increase overall success through the power of the companies’ people, products and services.
Some of her responsibilities and roles have included corporate identity/branding, marketing plan/budget development, product/brand management, pricing/profit initiatives, public relations, crisis communication/company spokesperson and strategic market development.
Judy is looking forward to offering her marketing expertise to Bauman’s clients as well and working with them to serve their various marketing needs. She enjoys the challenges of developing and implementing comprehensive, compelling and results-oriented marketing plans that highlight each client’s points of differentiation.
Judy lives in rural Wilson, Wisconsin, half-way between Eau Claire and River Falls, and works from both offices to bridge and strengthen the marketing efforts for each office and the overall firm. She and her family enjoy living in the ‘country’, traveling, the great outdoors, ATV trail riding. And in her rare ‘alone time’ she likes to read, write and listen to music.
