Mary joined Bauman Associates, Ltd. in 2006. She presently works with other members of the firm's audit team participating in field research, testing and documentation for a variety of clients' audit and assurance requirements. Her accounting and auditing experience prior to joining our firm focused on work with non-profit organizations. Mary's knowledge of these organizations' operational intricacies and procedures compliments the firm's more than 50 years of non-profit audit experience. She and the other members of the audit team provide not only the required reporting but also the recommendations for controls that will help safeguard assets, produce accurate reports and improve administrative effectiveness.

Mary graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Parkside with a degree in Business Administration and concentrations in Accounting and Human Resources. She is presently working on her MBA through University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire, and resides in the area with her two children.
