As Firm Manager, Mike is responsible for the overall management and administration of business operations for our growing number of offices. His extensive professional background in business and project management serve as a strong foundation that will continue to shape the future of the firm.

Prior to joining Bauman Associates, Ltd., Mike held executive and business management positions in both private and publicly-held service companies, and more recently managed his own consulting firm. Along with organizational management, his professional experience and expertise extend into acquisitions, business concepts and strategies, organizational structures, small businesses and start-ups. His track record of successful leadership and management spans more than three decades.

Mike graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Baker College in Michigan. He is also a veteran of the United States Navy, having proudly served our country in many locations, including the well-known
USS Enterprise.

Mike and his wife, Sandy, live on 40 acres in the rolling hills of rural western Wisconsin where he maintains a small private vineyard. In addition to winemaking, Mike spends most of his free time with family and friends, and enjoys boating, camping, and golfing. With his life and actions well-grounded in faith, he strives to find a way every day to have a positive impact on those around him.
