Ryan joined Bauman Associates, Ltd.'s in 2008, after graduating from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. His educational emphasis and experience include accounting, banking and real estate appraisal. As an accountant, Ryan is presently assigned to audit teams working primarily with the firms various municipal, cooperative and non-profit organization clients. His professionalism and client service focus are assets to audit and assurance engagements and to the entire firm.

He admires the professional atmosphere and commitment to teamwork at Bauman Associates, Ltd. The willingness to share the professional experience and knowledge and the opportunity to apply what is learned in a hands-on environment are some of the things that Ryan appreciates most.

As a native of the area, Ryan enjoys working with youth in the community and presently is a coach for Eau Claire Youth Hockey. He plays golf and is also an avid fisherman and participant in Bass Tournaments throughout the state of Wisconsin.
