Ryan joined Bauman Associates, Ltd. in 2008, after graduating from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. His educational emphasis and experience included accounting, banking, and real estate appraisal. As a professional accountant, Ryan has been assigned to numerous audit teams, working primarily with the firm's various municipal, cooperative, and non-profit organization clients. His professionalism and focus on client service are assets to every audit and assurance engagement and to the firm as a whole.

Ryan admires the professional atmosphere and commitment to teamwork at Bauman Associates. "The willingness to share professional experience and knowledge, as well as the opportunity to apply it in a hands-on environment, are some of the things that I appreciate most about the firm."

As a native of the area, Ryan enjoys actively participating in the community. Such activities include, volunteering with Junior Achievement, serving on the Chippewa Valley Air Show Committee, and serving on the Board of Directors for the Children's Museum of Eau Claire. Ryan is also an avid fisherman and participates in many bass tournaments throughout the state of Wisconsin.
