Nathan Kalepp joined Bauman Associates shortly after completing his accounting degree and is now a principal, performing audit, assurance and other accounting services for a variety of industries and groups including utility cooperatives, employee benefit plans, labor organizations and non-profits. Nate appreciates that the firm is small enough to build real relationships with both clients and employees, yet large enough for specialization in target industries, providing clients the focused expertise they desire.
Nate’s deep knowledge about the ever-changing rules and regulations in public accounting provides a great deal of relief for his clients. Viewing work as more than punching the time clock for a paycheck, he takes pride in staying on top of his game, both in terms of his professional education and getting back to clients promptly with answers to questions that may be vexing them. Nate is proud to hold the following certifications: the Advanced Defined Contribution Plans Audit, Advanced Health and Welfare Plans Audit and Advanced Defined Benefit Plans Audit certifications from the AICPA, and the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential.
Nate calls Altoona home with his wife and two children. He enjoys the year-round activities the area offers including parks and community events and also enjoys participating in and viewing sports, particularly the Packers, Brewers and Badgers.
