Todd Kostman recently joined Bauman after working for more than 25 years at a CPA firm that ranks among the top 20 firms in the nation. He has experience with a variety of industries, including agriculture, car dealerships, contractors, and real estate. For Todd, the most rewarding part of his career is helping his clients’ overcome obstacles and become successful.

Todd is a principal at Bauman Associates with a focus on helping clients with tax saving ideas, retirement plan options and business transition planning. The key to Todd’s success is listening to our clients’ needs and goals and finding solutions to help them realize their goals, without losing sight of their long-term focus.

Todd is a lifelong resident of Western Wisconsin. He and his wife have two children, one is in college and the other is applying for medical school. When Todd is not working, he enjoys the outdoors, participating in bass fishing tournaments and hunting.
