Chad Ryder, CPA

Chad Ryder is a principal at Bauman Associates with a focus on helping clients realize their goals through strategic business services and individual tax guidance. Chad’s knowledge of various business tax entities helps ensure clients are set up with the structure that best meets their financial needs.

Chad believes in truly listening to his clients, making sure they know they are heard. It’s important to him that there is always someone available to answer client questions. A strong advocate of the team approach, he works closely with other members of the staff so clients are able to benefit from multiple levels of experience and specialties as needs arise. For Chad, the most satisfying part of his career is the personal interaction and simply being able to help people. Assisting business owners to release their fears around taxes and accounting and feel comfortable so they can focus on doing what they do best is one of the most satisfying aspects of his job.

Chad lives in Eau Claire with his wife and their two dogs. In his recreational time, he enjoys fishing, football, water and amusements parks, traveling and watching wildlife. He is a frequent public speaker and presents to the UWEC Entrepreneur Program twice each year.
