Responsibilities:

Plan, supervise, and complete engagements including reviewing engagement workpapers and communicating with principals on important developments.

Cultivate positive working relationships with existing clients by gaining insight into their businesses and addressing their challenges

Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients
-
Play a key role in training and fostering the development of our staff

Assist with firm administrative functions as assigned by the principals

Collaborate with the audit team and principals on various projects
-
Other tasks as assigned

Compensation will depend upon factors, including experience, education, and professional credentials.
The ideal candidate will have:
-
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with and active CPA license
-
8+ years of audit experience in public accounting (municipality, nonprofit, or employee benefit plan experience a plus but not required)
-
Effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
-
Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
-
Ability and availability for limited travel
-
Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office products
