Responsibilities:

  • Plan, supervise, and complete engagements including reviewing engagement workpapers and communicating with principals on important developments.  

  • Cultivate positive working relationships with existing clients by gaining insight into their businesses and addressing their challenges

  • Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients

  • Play a key role in training and fostering the development of our staff

  • Assist with firm administrative functions as assigned by the principals

  • Collaborate with the audit team and principals on various projects

  • Other tasks as assigned

Compensation will depend upon factors, including experience, education, and professional credentials.

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with and active CPA license

  • 8+ years of audit experience in public accounting (municipality, nonprofit, or employee benefit plan experience a plus but not required)

  • Effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills

  • Ability and availability for limited travel

  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office products
