Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and reviewing individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns.

  • Working with the client to collect the necessary information to complete the tax return and offer tax planning solutions.

  • Communicating in a timely manner to provide updates on open items or other important matters to meet internal and external deadlines.

  • Play a key role in training and fostering the development of our staff.

  • Perform tax research.

  • Adhering to firm core values.

Compensation will depend upon factors, including experience, education, and professional certifications.

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field with an active CPA license.

  • 5+ years of tax experience in public accounting

  • Effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • A passion for client service

  • Proficient in tax regulations

  • Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Efficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and experience with tax and depreciation software
