Working with niches like agriculture, telecommunications, manufacturing and construction, to name a few, Jay Grokowsky provides the insight and knowledge businesses and individuals need to make financially sound decisions. From income and estate tax planning, general accounting and costing to mergers and acquisitions, foreign company consulting, systems design and everything in between, Jay has the expertise to help Bauman’s clients navigate a wide range of situations and issues.
Jay loves figuring out how things work and solving problems and has applied this passion to great effect for clients for nearly 30 years. His abilities and experience allow him to provide clients with valuable, practical solutions when they need it most. Understanding that the decisions he advises on are no small matter, Jay doesn’t rely solely on his own knowledge and experience. He and his team of expert associates spend the time needed to understand each client’s unique situation and work together with clients to deliver timely, strategic results.
A lifelong resident of the Upper Midwest, Jay and his wife now call Altoona home. They are the proud parents of two adult children who are currently attending the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. When he isn’t working with his clients, he enjoys traveling, growing grapes for his homemade wine, dabbling in astronomy and amateur radio, attending and acting in live theater and listening to jazz and classical music.
